Applications are added to a pool, and candidates are assigned a Job Seeker Validation Code and Express Entry Profile Number, from which they develop their resumes in the Canada Job Bank.
Step 3: Invitation to Apply
A Canada Immigration Draw is held every two weeks, which provides the minimum cut-off points. Upon obtaining the Express Entry points, the candidates are selected by Citizenship and Immigration Canada and invited to Apply.

How do I apply for a Canada PR visa online?
