Q: How long does the coaching process take? A: The coaching process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your availability and the complexity of your case.

Q: What happens if my visa application is denied? A: If your visa application is denied, we will work with you to identify the reasons for the denial and help you prepare for your next visa appointment.

Q: How is the coaching session conducted? The session will be conducted either in person or via videoconference using Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video chat, or Facebook Messenger video chat.

Q: How many sessions do I need? Usually one 50-minute coaching session is enough to evaluate your case and conduct mock interviews. However, about 25% of our clients order a second or third session for additional mock interview practice.

Q: How soon after I place my order can we have the session? We will usually have availability within 2-3 days. You can see our appointment calendar when you start the checkout process. You may also contact us to fix an appointment that is best suited for you.

Q: What are the payment options? Our website cart checkout allows you to pay using MPESA, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You can also contact us to make other payment arrangements, including CashApp, Paypal.me, TransferWise, Google Pay, Bitcoin, or Venmo. Depending on your country, you may need to contact your bank to authorize an international transaction on your credit/debit card.

Q: How soon before my visa interview should I do the coaching session? It’s important that we review your DS-160/Visa application so that we can suggest changes. For this reason, we I recommend we have our session at least 10 days before your visa interview (or fingerprinting) so that we have time to change your DS-160. If we have the session before you submit your DS-160, that’s even better.
