Transforming your dream into an amazing settled life abroad”
Want to help people grow by taking steps toward their dream to study, work, move, or invest abroad?
Become a GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES ASSISTANT
LearnAbroad is recruiting three Global Opportunities Assistants to help prospective clients discover and take steps toward their journey to relocate abroad.
Work arrangement: Remote after successful training and certification
Working hours: An agreed schedule that may accommodate clients in different African time zones. Calls should normally be made during reasonable daytime or early-evening hours. Night calls should only be made when a client has specifically requested a follow-up.
Training: One week of structured training
Compensation: A monthly retainer plus performance-based earnings.
Many people dream of studying, working, or relocating abroad. They don’t know how to make this dream a reality, so they give up or don’t go far.
Your role is to reach out to suitable old and new prospects, understand their goals, and share useful resources that encourage them to take the next step.
Reach out to suitable new and old prospects using approved contact sources and business channels.
Listen to their current study, work or relocation goals.
Ask approved questions to understand their interest, timing and readiness.
Share approved guides, assessments and webinar invitations.
Record prospect details, conversations and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
Complete respectful follow-up and honour opt-out requests.
Book suitable prospects for conversations with a consultant.
Escalate technical, immigration-related and legal questions.
This is not an immigration-advice role, and it is not about pressuring people. You will use approved conversations and qualification questions, keep accurate records, and refer specialised questions to LearnAbroad consultants.
Give immigration or legal advice.
Make formal eligibility decisions.
Promise admission, employment, visa or migration outcomes.
A strong communicator who is warm, clear and professional in spoken and written communication.
Ability to communicate in English and Kiswahili; any other language will be an added advantage.
A careful listener who can ask questions naturally.
Reliable, organised and comfortable following an approved process.
Confident using telephone, WhatsApp, email and basic online systems.
Accurate when entering and updating information.
Respectful of privacy, consent and personal information.
Open to coaching, quality checks and measurable goals.
Equipped with reliable internet, a laptop and a smartphone.
Experience in customer service, outreach, administration, student support, call-centre work, community engagement or digital communication is an advantage. However, we welcome early-career applicants who can demonstrate maturity, communication ability and a willingness to learn.
LearnAbroad helps people explore global opportunities through a Guided Choice approach: we understand the person’s goals first, educate before recommending, and compare options before advising. Quality, honesty, and suitable outcomes matter more than raw call numbers.
Selected candidates will complete one week of structured training covering LearnAbroad services, ethical prospect communication, approved qualification questions, CRM use, data protection, conversation practice, and consultant handoff.
Candidates must pass the training assessment and certification before working remotely. Certified assistants will begin with a controlled pilot group of prospects before receiving a larger allocation.
