🌍 LearnAbroad, a Canada-based immigration and International Education Agency is inviting passionate and ambitious professionals to join our team as a Intern – Study & Work Abroad Recruitment Assistantt, you’ll play a vital role in helping students and skilled professionals study, work, and live abroad.

As a Recruiter and International Educational Placement Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students and skilled professionals study, work, and live abroad across 15+ destinations in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Gulf.

  • Support senior consultants with lead follow-up, client communication, and coordination.
  • Assist with student counseling, application preparation, and study/work placement.
  • Help manage client data using CRM tools and digital workflows.
  • Participate in virtual info sessions, recruitment events, and webinars.
  • Contribute to LearnAbroad’s digital campaigns through content and social media support.
  • Learn from experienced mentors and participate in structured training sessions.

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their study-abroad dreams? Join LearnAbroad as a Recruitment and placement Agent You’ll connect aspiring students and skilled professionals with global opportunities across Canada, Australia, Europe, and the USA.

  • Recruit, counsel, and place qualified students and skilled workers abroad.
  • Achieve monthly conversion targets (10–15 clients) and meet revenue goals.
  • Maintain client satisfaction above 90%.
  • Collaborate remotely with our Chief Results Manager and training mentors
  • Identify and recruit qualified students seeking international study opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the application and placement process.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and training partners.
  • Represent LearnAbroad professionally in all online and offline engagements.

We are

  • 2–5 years in study-abroad counselling, student placement, education consulting, or recruitment, HR, or sales experience (entry-level applicants may be considered).
  • Great sales, ommunication and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in Africa, flexible to attend occasional in-person meetings.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and client and project management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with basic CRM and digital sales tool knowledge.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to deliver results under minimal supervision.
