Frequently Asked Questions

The featured package includes return flights from Nairobi, 6 nights in budget hotels, 2 African‑team match tickets (Morocco vs Senegal + Ghana vs Egypt), basic travel insurance, simple transfers, and our visa and end‑to‑end coordination support. Additional costs apply for premium‑tier seats, upgrades, or custom‑team picks.

Yes. You can choose other African team combinations (like Algeria vs South Africa or Senegal vs DR Congo). We’ll generate a custom quotation — generally an extra KSh 40,000–90,000 depending on match popularity.

The semi‑final upgrade (Atlanta, 14 July) adds about KSh 572,000 to the base package (tickets, 3‑night premium hotel, limo, and coordination). A final‑match upgrade (New Jersey, 19 July) typically adds KSh 975,000 in tickets alone, leading to a total of about KSh 2M+ depending on flights and hotel category.

We require a KSh 250,000 deposit when you book the package. Of this, KSh 150,000 is earmarked for visa handling services, and part of the remaining amount is used to secure your match tickets, as we typically book and pay for the tickets first before submitting your visa application. The rest of the total package cost (including flights, hotel, insurance, and other services) is paid in advance according to a payment schedule we agree with you, and ideally all necessary payments are completed before you travel. This is because reservations (especially tickets and hotel blocks) often require advance payment.

No. World Cup tickets are not visas. All Kenyan citizens must have a valid US visitor visa (B‑1/B‑2) to attend matches in the USA. We assist with visa preparation, but you must still apply and be approved by the US Embassy yourself.

The US Embassy will make a decision within a few days after your interview, but some cases require extra screening and can take up to several weeks. We start early, so you have time to book flights and tickets before the June–July World Cup window.

Yes. If the featured teams do not reach the semi‑finals, you can still attend the group‑stage or quarter‑final matches of your preferred African team. We’ll adjust your package accordingly and provide a new quote if needed.

Daily meals and pocket money are not included in the package. The budget assumes moderate‑cost food and local transport; you can add more comfort and dining options if you prefer a more premium experience.

Yes. You can book this as a group, and group bookings of 3 or more usually attract a small discount on coordination and sometimes hotel and ticket layers. Let us know how many people will travel so we can tailor the package.

If your visa is refused, you do not pay the second KSh 150,000 for visa coordination. We’ll advise you on next steps (including re‑application options). Costs for non‑refundable tickets may be incurred if purchased early, so we recommend booking them only after confirming visa approval wherever possible.
