Funded U.S. programs for Kenyan professionals and community leaders

The U.S. Government funds several exchange programs that bring professionals and community leaders to the United States for a short time. Most use the J-1 visa, which usually means you must come home for at least 2 years afterwards. They are learning programs, not jobs or a way to move to the U.S.
