• University onboarding support where relevant: account activation, MFA guidance, student email, portal access, registration, timetable, student card and orientation/reporting requirements.
• Arrival implementation guidance and, where needed, a Settlement & Integration handover.

Important information

Airfares are live estimates only until a ticket is paid for and issued. Flights, insurance, accommodation, transport and all third-party services are paid separately at actual cost. Clients enter and retain their own passwords and authentication codes.

How pricing works

The LearnAbroad Pricing Engine calculates professional fees using client type, destination complexity, country override, promotion and taxes. USD is the base currency; the system converts to the client’s currency where applicable. The booking is free; implementation fees are collected separately by M-Pesa or invoice.

Only after payment and ticket issuance. Prices and availability can change before then.
